Dlina Volny is a musical trio originally from Minsk, Belarus. Their music is an atmospheric mix of post-punk and electronics.
Dlina Volny’s sound is heavily influenced by the Soviet legacy that they are living in: architecture, culture, music, mentality, and lifestyle. Marsh-like drum machines, vintage synths mixed up with deep female vocals and catchy bass.
It is the music of the generation living in the modern era surrounded by Soviet decorations, where the major part of post-Soviet-Union society is still living. Dlina Volny are the people trying to find their self-determination on the debris of the broken era.
